SPATIAL INFORMATION PROCESSING ENGINEER
PYTHON, ORACLE CLOUD, GEOMETRY DATA PROCESSING, DATA BASE DESIGN
You will be responsible for building the base spatial information data that will be used to add information such as "there are X number of Chinese restaurants within a 1km radius" to the vast amount of property data, so that it can be smoothly transferred to subsequent data analysis. The main development language is Python, but you will be able to process data using your own language. You will be working in the Oracle Cloud, processing and databasing geometric data, linking properties to their surrounding information, and collecting and databasing a variety of geographic data. If you are a positive thinker with a 'can do' attitude, we would love to hear from you.
MUST SKILLS

Ability to process any kind of geographic data (POINT/LINE/POLYGON)

CRAWLING ENGINEER
PYTHON (REQUESTS, LXML, BS4, ETC.), BASH, LINUX, AWS, GCP, GITHUB
You will be responsible for web crawling to further expand and enhance our real estate database. You will be responsible for structuring the data, designing and building the analysis infrastructure, setting up web crawling scraping, and designing and building the visualization of the data from the analysis infrastructure. In order to further increase the number of languages and regions we can support in the future, we are looking for a crawling engineer position, which is also a key element of information analysis.
